That comment prompted me, as a final thought, to look up what my own brand archetype might be classified as. Where I came from, and the journey to date, is something that I feel immensely proud of (even when my Mum – let’s call her Brand Guardian – says I sometimes need to “dial down the Fiona”). Relentlessly pursuing success for those I answer to (leaders, shareholders, colleagues). Raising a child whilst raising an agency. Forever fighting for attention with two older brothers. Work as the salvation when my personal life was not going so well. Which brings me back to my own origin story and what brought me to this point in my career. When you get it direct from the founder of a business, unfiltered, unedited, you will often get caught up in their own giddiness about what they are doing and the bright future that lies ahead for them.
